Inky garnet in color, the 2021 True Grit Cabernet Sauvignon has warm earthy aromas mingled with ripe blackberry, cocoa, and hints of cigar box. The palate is full of rich brooding dark-fruit married with flavors of black cherry, baker’s chocolate, and vanilla. A full-bodied wine with smooth tannins that carry through to a lightly spiced, toasty-oak finish with a kiss of bright cranberry.
