

2019 Sketchbook Sauvignon Blanc
Sourced from the Ukiah and Potter Valleys, these warm inland valleys in Mendocino County allow exotic citrus and tropical flavors to develop in the Sauvignon Blanc, while the cool nights in the region help the grapes retain crisp acidity during long hang times in the vineyard.
The grapes are pressed to stainless steel tanks to ferment at cool temperatures to retain the natural flavors developed in the vineyard. The result is mouthwatering wine with zesty acidity and layers of varietal fruit and lemongrass.
